THE Body School Membership
The Body School Membership is an online platform for people who want to solve their pain and start strength training in a way that doesn’t lead to more problems. We offer weekly classes which you can join live via Zoom or complete on-demand at a time that better suits you.
Each of our coaches is passionate about movement and strength training in a sustainable way that allows for steady but consistent progress. Our approach will build the connection with your body and empower you with the knowledge to continue that progress into the future.
We have designed the platform as a journey, so you can go from someone who is injured, or gets injured easily to someone who feels strong, capable and healthy.
Getting started: You can work through our short introductory videos in the ‘On-Boarding’ series. This will help you understand what you need for classes, how to get the most out of them and introduce you to some of the key concepts. If you struggle with being consistent with your rehab and training, then we have you covered with our ‘Gentle Discipline’ course.
Solve Pain: A collection of short follow along videos designed to help you with specific issues. Whether that be neck pain, lower back tightness or other common issues, we have videos to help you address these specific issues.
What’s on the platform
No Chills, No Gains: Alongside our ‘Solve Pain’ section we have our weekly flagship class ‘No Chill, No Gains’. A class to help you foster a more down-regulated state. This is often the first step in solving longterm pain or movement issues. In more simple terms: this is the class for you if you are looking to get your chill on without having to sit still for an hour.
Get Strong: Through this novel approach to strength training, we teach you how you can start working on your strength even if you are not completely pain free yet. We offer a weekly ‘Restorative Strength’ class, with a specific theme each month.
Once you’ve learned the basics of strength training, we also offer 4-8 week prerecorded programmes covering more advanced things such as kettlebell training or ground based calisthenic training.
Bitesized: Short classes for when you’re time poor but want to inject a little movment into your day.
who’s it for?
If you have struggled with getting injured easily whilst training, or you haven’t found a solution to nagging pain or niggles that can be exacerbated by training. Then this is for you.
Our platform has also been designed for those who are completely new to PRI but interested in experiencing what it can do. As well as those who are working with a PRI practitioner but would like additional support between sessions or for those who don’t have a practitioner in their area.
We are building a community of like minded people who share similar experiences and are ready to find solutions.
